Volunteer Sign-Up

Please let us know which area you'd be interested in volunteering as well as your availability. A week before the event, we will reach out to you via email to give you your assignment and any further instructions you may need.

Shifts available:

Saturday 9am-5pm (To thank you for working all day, you'll receive lunch, free admission, a bag of colors, and a T-shirt.)
Sunday 10am-4pm (To thank you, we will provide you with lunch, free admission wristband, and one free bag of colors.)

Signing up as/with a group? Please submit one application under the main contact's name and use the text box to let us know how many people will be with your group. This is much easier for us to manage than having each individual signup.

Help Serve the Hot meals from Krishna's Cuisine Food Trailer
Trash
Keep the festival area free of trash during the event. Mostly you will walk around with an open garbage bag and ask people to deposit the nearbytrash.
Assistant Festival Coordinator
Work with Caru down by the stage dealing with Security, Artists, Lost and Found etc.
Parking & Traffic Control
Manage off site parking for incoming festival attendees. Very important job. Will take a humble person becusee you are away from the festival and the crowd. We'll try for pairs of volunteers to make a team.
